According to the statistics of the China Motorcycle Chamber of Commerce\u00a0(CCCM<\/a>),\u00a0due to foreign trade exports in November, China\u2019s fuel motorcycle sales increased month-on-month and year-on-year, and the domestic demand has been improved. From January to November, the cumulative sales of fuel motorcycles maintained a slight increase, and foreign trade exports continued to rebound.<\/p>\n

P<\/b><\/strong>roduction\u00a0<\/b><\/strong>&<\/b><\/strong>\u00a0<\/b><\/strong>S<\/b><\/strong>ales<\/b><\/strong><\/h3>\n

In November, fuel motorcycle production and sales were 1.1642\u00a0million and 1.1554\u00a0million units, a month-on-month decrease of 6.63%\u00a0and 2.51%, and a year-on-year decrease of 18.11%\u00a0in production\u00a0and a year-on-year increase of 20.04% in sales. Electric motorcycle production and sales were 266,300 \u00a0and 245,500 units, output decreased by 26.75%and 29.55%\u00a0month-on-month, and decreased by\u00a042.77%\u00a0and 45.44%\u00a0year-on-year. The entire industry produced and sold a total of 1.4305\u00a0million and 1.4009\u00a0million motorcycles respectively in November,a month-on-month decrease of 1.71% and 5.06%, and a year-on-year decrease of 1.41%\u00a0and 0.82%. The production and sales of large-displacement recreational motorcycles (displacement >250CC) produced and sold 37,900 and 38,500 units, a month-on-month decrease of 6.77%\u00a0in production and a month-on-month decrease of 9.38%\u00a0in sales, and a year-on-year decrease of 20.32%\u00a0in production and 42.59%\u00a0in sales.<\/p>\n

From January to October, fuel motorcycle production and sales\u00a0were 12.9840\u00a0million and 13.0537 million units, a year-on-year increase of\u00a03.4%\u00a0and 3.04%. Electric motorcycle production and sales were\u00a04.9839\u00a0\u00a0million and 4.5431\u00a0million units, a year-on-year decrease\u00a0of 29.82%\u00a0and 36.09%. From January to November, the entire industry produced and sold a total\u00a0of 17.9679\u00a0million and 17.5968 million motorcycles, down 8.6%\u00a0and 11.2%\u00a0year-on-year. Among them, the production and sales of two-wheeled motorcycles were 15.7729\u00a0million and 15.4015\u00a0million, down 10.11%\u00a0and 12.77%\u00a0year-on-year. The production and sales of large-displacement recreational motorcycles (displacement >250CC)\u00a0were 474,800 and 489,600, down 9.3%\u00a0and 7.17%\u00a0year-on-year,\u00a0respectively.\u00a0The production and sales of three-wheeled motorcycles were 2.195\u00a0million and 2.1953\u00a0million units, a year-on-year increase of 4%\u00a0and 3.56%.<\/p>\n

From January to November, the top 10\u00a0fuel motorcycle sales companies\u00a0(groups) were Dachangjiang (1.7269\u00a0million units), Loncin (1.1944\u00a0units), Zongshen (779,500\u00a0units), Sundiro-Honda (702,900 units), Dayang (600,300 units), Wuyang-Honda (554,600 units), Tayo (534,200\u00a0units), Yinxiang (485,900 units), Dayun (450,000 units), and Qingqi Suzuki (386,400 units).<\/p>\n

From January to November, the top 10 electric motorcycle sales companies\u00a0(groups) were Yadea (2.0963\u00a0million units), Luyuan (550,900 units), Tailg (534,400 units), Sunra (381,000 units), Zongshen (347,700 units), Huaihai (168,400 units), Bus New Energy (119,100 units), Jinyi (90,100 units), Lovol (59,800 units), and Loncin (46,800 units).<\/p>\n

Export Situation<\/b><\/strong><\/h3>\n

In November, China\u2019s motorcycle exports rose month-on-month, affected by the low base in the same period last year, maintained a substantial year-on-year growth, and the monthly export volume remained at a high level in recent years. Since the beginning of this year, China\u2019s motorcycle foreign trade exports have been relatively stable, and the cumulative export volume from January to November has increased significantly.<\/p>\n

In November, 743,100 motorcycles were exported, a month-on-month increase of 7.68%\u00a0and a year-on-year increase of 42.94%; the export value was US$460\u00a0million, a month-on-month increase of 11.64%\u00a0and a year-on-year increase of 31.28%. Among them, 700,800 two-wheeled motorcycles were exported, an\u00a0increase of 6.03%\u00a0month-on-month and an increase 43.32%\u00a0year-on-year; 42,200 three-wheeled motorcycles were exported, an increase of 45.27%\u00a0month-on-month\u00a0and 36.92%\u00a0year-on-year.<\/p>\n

From January to November, the total export volume of motorcycle manufacturers was US$6.28\u00a0billion, a year-on-year increase of 0.48%, with the growth\u00a0to resume. The export volume of complete vehicles was \u00a07.5787\u00a0million units, a year-on-year increase of 8.18%, and the export value was US$4.997\u00a0billion, a year-on-year increase of 2.34%. Motorcycle engine exports were 863,200 units, a year-on-year increase of 7.27%, and the export value was US$184\u00a0million, a year-on-year decrease of 0.56%. The export volume of ATVs was 337,500 units, a year-on-year decrease of 8.46%, and the export value was US$789\u00a0million, a year-on-year decrease of 10.54%. The export value of motorcycle parts was US$301\u00a0million, a year-on-year increase of 3.71%.<\/p>\n

From January to November, the top 10 motorcycle exporting companies were: Loncin, Dachangjiang, Tayo, Zongshen, Yinxiang, Sundiro-Honda, Haojin, Lifan, Dayun, and Bashan. The above 10 companies exported a total of 4.4752 million units, accounting for 59.05% of total motorcycle exports.<\/p>\n
