The company has well-equipped engine assembly line, scooter assembly line and plastic parts painting production line.\u00a0It also has engine research laboratory which utilizes three-dimensional simulation of computer aid design and computer aid manufacturing, scooter R&D center, dynamometer of various types of engines, scooter chassis dynamometer and emission test under specified working conditions, which forms advanced facilities. Meanwhile, it is also the only scooter enterprise with field test site\u00a0in Zhejiang, which can meet the requirements of scooter braking performance test, maximum speed and acceleration performance test, noise test, etc..<\/p>\n

The company has more than 110 patents, including 18 utility model patents and 1 invention patent. There are 40 research and development\u00a0team members, including 10 senior engineers, 10 engineers and 20 assistant engineers. With many years of experience in engine and scooter manufacturing, relying on the strength of the technical center, WANGYE employed foreign famous designers to join in the team, and integrated the design concepts of China and foreign countries, and successfully developed many kinds of patented scooter products such as Eivissa, Pattaya and so on.
